The Florham Park PBA Local 78 is once again hosting our annual Officer Thomas Belscher Toy Drive accepting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards. These gifts will help bring some holiday joy to the children of Morristown Medical Center Goryeb Children’s Hospital, families under the care of JBWS, and foster children through Embrella NJ services. The collection box will be available from 11/3-12/17 in the lobby of the Florham Park Police Department at 111 Ridgedale Avenue.

This annual toy drive is named in honor of Florham Park Honorary Police Officer Thomas Belscher. Thomas is a young Florham Park resident who was diagnosed with two rare genetic disorders. Despite the adversity Thomas faces, he can always be found with a cheerful spirit and smile on his face! Thomas was sworn into the FPPD as an Honorary Police Officer in November of 2023. We are humbly honored to continue our annual tradition of hosting a toy drive in Thomas’ name to benefit other sick kids and families in need during the 2025 holiday season.
